I will caveat this by saying that I am far from the expert in SVN.  I'm
pretty much a self-taught hack.  That being said, the authz and passwd files
on my system are in a folder (F:\REPOSITORY\conf) on the box where I have
the subversion server installed.

You refer to CVS a lot, I'm wondering if we're talking about two different
versioning systems here...
