Ford and Chevy may be making equally reliable cars these days....but they certainly weren't 10 and 20 years ago, when I and everyone else were buying Hondas and Toyotas. Now that we are at the point where we are shopping for new cars, it just makes sense that we'd stick with the brands that were good to us in the past.
