I am going to take advantage of microsoft's 25% buy it now rebate on ebay and
finally pick up a playstation 3. Any tips on what I should look for?

I would prefer to buy new and from someone with tons of positive feedback, and
I'm hoping to get a game, movie, or hdmi cable bundled in the deal.

I beleive the 80gig ones are the newer ones, but harddrive space is not a major
issue for me. If I get a 40gig or 80gig, I will probably play with it a bit to
see how the ps3 uses harddrive space, and then do a laptop drive with more
capacity upgrade. I may not as my music will be streamed from a file server,
so I don't see any reason to spend the money on a bigger hd.

I am more concrened with getting one that uses the 45nm cell rather than the
older 65nm(?) one. Any advantages or disadvantages to either?

I know some of the earlier models could play ps2 games but I'm not really
concrened about that.

Thanks for any help!
