Actually - that is utterly false. In High School I worked for years at a Shopping Mall north of Atlanta. Nearly once a week I would hear a mom yell "Cameron" at her kid. Most were black families.
That's by no means a statistical sampling, but it's my personal experience. Also - I have a working theory that any females named Cameron are hot....
