When they're sleeping, yes. Awake can be a different story. Yesterday morning, Osmar (not on screen right now) managed to get up onto the dresser, where there just happened to be a couple of glasses of water left over from the previous night. BTW the little tube-rat loves throwing and pushing things off the dresser when he can get up there. It took a while to mop up after him. I nearly ended up with a pair of ferret fur ear muffs after that.
