It isn't a question of who will go first. The Chinese government has stated
very clearly that they have no intention of "going green". They want us to
spend our money on climate change while they continue to pollute. Look at
the negotiations on climate change pacts. The real conversation, the only
one that matters, is what will be required of developing nations, because
that group include China and India.

When China changes its stance and agrees to get on board, let me know.
