PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
>From the Advanced Search -> People options page, when clicking on 'Browse 
Responsibilities' or 'Browse Skills' icons, receiving the following JavaScript 
error.
This is happening only on a single client PC.

ERROR MESSAGE:
"An error has occurred in the script on this page.
Line: 1935
Char: 4
Error: Library not registered.
Code: 0

CAUSE:
Some of Office 2007 DLLs were not registered and were causing the issue.

RESOLUTION:
Run a full repair of Office 2007 on the client PC (from Add Remove Programs --> 
Office Professional 2007 --> Change --> Repair) and Reboot.
