Better, defiantly.  Nothing bad to say about less DRM.

But between the Amazon MP3 store, Amie Street and others this is just
too-little, too-late to change my mind.

Amazon especially... they've had just about everything I've looked for,
sucker me in constantly with their sub-$4 album sales and requires only a
70kb download to use.  Yeah... it does create a taskbar item (which is
expected if a bit annoying) but the program itself is as small and
inconspicuous as possible.
