No, I don't think it is going to turn out well for anyone, but I completely understand Israel's reaction. Use a better analogy. Tijuana Mexico is roughly the same population, density, and distance from the border. What would the US do if the Mexican government started shooting rockets at San Diego? I know what I would WANT us to do. I think Hamas is guilty of war crimes. I think Israel is guilty of war.
