Here's an interview with him stating the same thing:

Surprisingly I can't find anything on the CBC website about this anymore.
However I did manage to dig up a quote from the radio interview with Unrwa
spokesman Chris Gunness.

"Our installations have been hit, our workers have been killed in spite of
the fact that the Israeli authorities have the co-ordinates of our
facilities and that all our movements are co-ordinated with the Israeli
army."

The UN said the movements of the truck hit at the Erez crossing had been
co-ordinated and cleared with the Israeli military.

I'll have to give you that one since it's the Western media that made me
aware of the incident. However I listened to a radio interview on cbc on
Thursday evening with the UN commander of the operation who was irate and
made it very clear that it was the Israeli army who fired on them when
trying to rescue an injured UN aid worker. He was irate stating that despite
the fact that all UN locations and operations are clearly mapped out and
provided to the Israeli army they were still attacked.
