However I listened to a radio interview on cbc on Thursday evening with the UN commander of the operation who was irate and made it very clear that it was the Israeli army who fired on them when trying to rescue an injured UN aid worker. He was irate stating that despite the fact that all UN locations and operations are clearly mapped out and provided to the Israeli army they were still attacked.
