I think it is great. I'm more worried about the person taking my order getting it right than I am worried about my socialization. Maybe me being able to hit buttons that will print out EXACTLY WHAT I ASKED FOR might help me get EXACTLY WHAT I ASKED FOR. Meh, I doubt it though.
I have pretty much given up on even thinking that when I place an order anywhere these days that I will get the order that I placed.
