Ahhh, but the beauty of CFComm, nothing OT. :)

I like value for money myself, and whilst I enjoy Ruth Chris' or Emeril
Lagasse's restaurant in Vegas (Emeril's had the best scallops I'd ever had
in my life!), I much prefer the bar across the border with the heavenly
Shrimp appetizer for $6.

For sushi - my local grocery stores do a great job. :)
For sashimi, I'll buy my own Ahi Tuna and Salmon at the fish market.

And if I am REALLY so inclined, I'll make my own sushi. Sure, it's not
perfect, but it's darn close. Only thing I can't do is BBQ'd Eel.

All said though, if we go out to a restaurant... what had BETTER be perfect
is the wait staff. We go out to eat because we don't feel like cooking. And
we want to be waited on. So we are paying a premium for that luxury and that
premium better be worth it. No, I'm not a difficult customer... I just
expect service with a smile, my water glass full, clean silverware, and good
hot food.
