Actions speak louder than words. No matter how true or false the action is, it still has a 'loud' voice. This is a conciliatory action and one that is meant to bridge the divide. It's does not make the Obama's geniuses but it does show very good sense and a desire to bring the old and the new together, the Democrats and the Republicans, the Bush haters and the Bush supporters (and those inbetween).
