Again, I'd have your client read his contract's fine print. I bet they're
banking on the fact that he hasn't.  And what they're doing is sort like of
selling a car without the engine or paint. I'd say your client has the right
to the graphics as it's part of what he's buying. I'd data download the
entire site before you loose the chance and any reference to what it looks
