Well, I'm not out of a job, but the VP over me said to go ahead and apply
for unemployment since they will probably cut pay again.  The theory is that
unemployment will pay more than they are probably going to, so get "laid
off", draw unemployment, and look for a new job.  If the company pulls it
together, they will hire you back, if not, it could have been worse.

They are having more meetings this week and hope to have *something* worked
out by monday.  I'm filing anyway and actively hunting for a new job .. just
in case.
