No, no, no! The new spiderwoman comic is part of the dark reign arc in
marvel and will be a spy type with scenes and concepts that you would not
put in front of a 6 year old. Or maybe you would. I'd vett it first before
showing it to her.
If you want something that's not to heavy with a young hero and a slightly
ethnic feel, I'd go with Blue Beetle. There's an issue where a sorcerer is
going to take his deepest desire and use it to fight his friend. The
sorcerer expects it to be some power hungry monster. Instead its a dentist.
Good solid job, good pay, get his sibling through college. Hilarious.
