I don't agree, but then I don't agree we had a housing crisis: we had a finance sector crisis. Through poor regulation and oversight an entire sector (in violation of old anti-trust concepts) was able to put at risk our entire global economic system. Iceland is same microcasm of what was allowed to happen. "housing" was simple THE FIRST in a long, long, long, list of bad bets. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Adobe® ColdFusion® 8 software 8 is the most important and dramatic release to date Get the Free Trial http://ad.doubleclick.net/clk;207172674;29440083;f Archive: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/cf-community/message.cfm/messageid:286724 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/cf-community/subscribe.cfm Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/unsubscribe.cfm?user=89.70.5
