There was some stuff in there that I'm not fond of, like 650 million
for coupons to convert Analog TV to Digital.  If that  funding is
included, it should require that the converters or televisions
purchased be manufactured in the US.

There are also huge sums to study the problems instead of actually
solving the problems, but I guess even those would put the scientists
and bureaucrats to work

There seems to be a lot of funding for tech projects, especially in
health care, which could keep us busy.

I only read the summary, so I haven't defined those parts that I am
opposed to, but I plan to do so, and shoot off a letter to my
Senators.  Although considering who my Senators are, it probably won't
do much good.
