Check out WebZip.  I've had good results with it in the past.  It can 
pull all of the pages from a dynamic site and will craft the URLs so 
that all of the pages are accessible and can be clicked through just as 
if the site were live.  I've used this in the past to pull down all site 
content and created Verity indexes out of it for site searches that was 
more effective than using the Verity spider (at the time anyway, that 
was a few years ago).
