HA!  No f'n kidding.  It does create a punish-the-good problem though.

For people that save, buy a house they can afford (notice I said only
1), have no credit card debt, etc they get screwed unless they have
LOTS of money.  Then they get bags o' cash.

And the people that didn't have any money in the first place, they get
bags o' cash too.  Just smaller.

It's enough to make a guy move.  But not quite enough.
