This is what's fascinating to me. People think our leaders are not to blame. That our President is not to blame. That concept is truly astonishing to me. I have to believe that when enough people don't expect leaders to lead, and don't hold them accountable for results, that failure and/or collapse is near. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to know this: if I can take $100,000 and legally underwrite $100,000,000 of risk -as I can today - and if there's no consequence for me going under (I get to keep any millions I've borrowed) that that's a system bound to fail. There's nothing complicated about that. And Bush was warned for YEARS about this problem and did nothing. Just as he was warned for months about a 9/11-style attack and did nothing. It's failure of leadership Scott. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Adobe® ColdFusion® 8 software 8 is the most important and dramatic release to date Get the Free Trial http://ad.doubleclick.net/clk;207172674;29440083;f Archive: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/cf-community/message.cfm/messageid:288567 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/cf-community/subscribe.cfm Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/unsubscribe.cfm?user=11502.10531.5
