I should've said Cam-Chi has the arrangement ... Anyway, here's the summary: It's the plan, not the payer. I don't know how Europe or Canada work, but I'd be interested to know. Do they administer the plan? Are there multiple plans or just one? Because with Medicare there are infinite plans and infinite private companies to run them. And with Medicare Advantage (part c), they can do so based on the amount of risk they want to accept.
