Yea i will at least say for Native cali drivers that they drive like shit in the rain because they get such tiny amounts of experience. But that being said after the 1st or 2nd time you should have figured that shit out by then. Even with the massive rain we had in cali so far it's not been anywhere as hard coming down as some times in florida. And it is very odd that people treat rain days like snow days...like wtf..its just rain folks. :) But also the roads here are not made for rain and they don't put the reflectors in the road to let you know which lane is which is really required for rain driving so i can understand the scary factor.
Oh well in 2-3 years when i move back to FL (maybe.), the bury in MD (Hopefully) or NC (meh) i'll have some good stories to tell.
