That said, this will work.  If you're gonna do it, you don't need to
use their products.

Sub micellar casein w/ a dap of whey for their meto drive

Sub greens plus for super food

Sub off-the-shelf BCAAs for leucine.

Sub dextrose/maltodextrine & whey for surge or gummi bears & whey.
That's what I use!

Although sometimes I use Waxy Maize Starch, but that requires more planning.
