No.  They have debt that is owed in dollars that is payable on a
timeline and transferable to gold, dinars, or anything else they
should choose.

Owing a shitload of money to the Chinese in NOT a position of strength.

We've essentially put our economic security into their hands.  Or,
more specifically, Bush did.

Remember, there is such a thing as objective truth.  Narratives and
cherry-picked facts don't change that.  You need to start thinking of
things this way:

facts -> philosophy -> policy -> narrative -> party (and 'party' is optional)

Instead, it's like that's gotten mixed up for you over the years,
somehow causing you to view the world this way:

party -> narrative -> philosophy -> policy -> facts
