Yes, I thought about that. My understanding is that "Rose" itself is a
common word and not trademark-able, per the ruling against Microsoft re:
"Windows". I checked RoseCMS and didn't see it anywhere, and I own
rosecms.org, have for months, and no one has complained.

Still, I'm not tied to RoseCMS or Rose anything. The CMS itself is a
relatively basic implementation at this point. Flushing it out will be a
branch of ongoing development on the platform. If the name changes along the
way, great.
