The blue screen flashes for half a second then reboots.  I didn't get a look at 
it.  I guess I could try again to see if I can get the error message, but if 
it's a hardware failure, I would assume there is no chance of fixing it, is 
there?

I have another video card that I can use, but the dvi out doesn't work.  Is 
there that much of a difference in quality between standard vga and dvi that it 
would be worth it to spend the $50 for a new video card with dvi out, or should 
I just save the money and use the card I have?  This is just to get me by until 
I save the money for a full system upgrade, maybe a month or three.
