There is someone (a Canadian if that matters) who cannot seem to
remember their email address and constantly enters my Gmail account
when signing up for websites. I regularly get this person's welcome
emails and passwords. I've found out their work email and always
forward the messages to them at work. Each time I do they freak out,
wondering how I know who they are.

Also, I once worked for a company that had a large non-profit
Asian-American Association as a client. The owner of the company was
pretty openly politically incorrect (internally) and he accidentally
replied with (instead of forwarding) an email full of expletives and
racially charged derogatory comments to the client instead of
internally. He lost that client amid one of the biggest sh*t-storms I
have ever seen.
