I used to do this "way back when". took a mac (se at the time, i think),
talking moose application, a db of song lyrics, a db of the company phone
book, and a modem dialer program.

And the computer would call random extensions on our brand new company phone
system, and read out the lyrics from a song. until you hung up.

A bad male computer voice saying "Bad. Bad. Lee. Roy. Brown. Bad. Dest. Man.
In. The. Whole. Damn. Town" cracked me up.

And no one could figure out why the phone system was doing it.
