Really? So the programmers will go to their bosses..and tell them to buy this. ANd their bosses will run out and buy it. I kinda think of it the other way around, where the bosses in these firms dictate what is used and when.
I know several IT professionals who have been steamrolled into using a particular solution because those at the top determined it was best.
