It's as valid a point as the assumption that he was a terrorist to
begin with, and therefore they were wrong to release him.
There are several other stories of men who were not terrorists, had
nothing to do with them, but who were also held and subsequently
released.

If you listened to BBC news, you would hear several interviews with
these men, some of them were British Citizens.
Taking this one story and using it to apply a broad brush to an
inhumane and degrading system of torture and destruction of human
rights is ridiculous.
