But he's further making the point that CNBC is/was essentially an
infomercial for Wall Street.

They were hyping up stocks, advertising/glamorizing the culture, and
fostering a sense of urgency that everyone jump in NOW!

And it turns out that CNBC was as complicit in the Ponzi scheme as
anybody on Wall Street or the Bush Administration.

Which is exactly why Cramer didn't offer any of the standard obvious
rebuttals; he possibly has a shred of honor and may be coming to terms
with his massive misjudgments.
