I heard something to this effect the other day, basically someone saying that the employees in that division might be the only ones who know where the bodies are buried (metaphorically speaking), and if the company wants to be able to undo all the crap that these idiots put into place, they unfortunately have to pay them enough to stick around for a couple of more years.
All well and good, but I would just as soon spin off the other divisions and bury the idiots in this division under their own mistakes.
