Glancing as I catch up on things, but from what I see, it's not about
whether or not it's OTC, it's the fact that there is an age limit
(18), before that age you need a script for it.

Do they even test this (or any other hormonal injection system) on
children?  Aren't the effects more dramatic for kids in some cases
