idk man, all i know is what i do, and thats listen to my body, and go
on that schedule.
if i feel sleepy, i sleep, when im not, i stay awake, and thats it...
some nights my body
wants to go down @ 9:45, some night 12:00, and i just let my normal
rhythms schedule
my sleep time. some days i come home and feel the need for a power nap, i do so
and in 20-30 minutes im good to go, and am awake for hours.... like
the way i eat, i just
listen to my body and go with the flow it wants.
