So, if we pass a law that takes away the rights of a few people your solution is for those people to move?
Let's use that logic in another issue. Most people I know are against gay marriage. So, we should all vote and if we ban gay marriage and gay people do not like it, they can 'quit' and move elsewhere. Anyway you slice it you give up some rights when in a union.
