I am using ColdFusion 7 and have been using Verity to index PDF files for a number of years. Recently one of my customers using Adobe Illustrator and Acrobat 9.0 has been having an issue with documents appearing in the results from searches. If we print the PDF using Acrobat 8, the files immediately can be indexed by Verity.
I know others have been having the same problem but I don't see much posted to resolve the issue.
