Did you note the wording there?  "unregulated derivitives"

Note that I didn't say "unregulated hedge funds".

See, again, the 20th century narratives and talking points - gov't
bad!  biz good! - no longer work.  Why?  As I've said, just like banks
& hedge funds, there's no difference.

That means AIG can also be a hedge fund.  BoA can underwrite public offerings.

Thus saying "banks bad, HF good!" is like saying your left arm is the
bad arm and not responsible for the murder.
