You are worried that they would look at resumes from qualified people? WTF?
I recommend people for job openings all the time. Well, I did when there used to be job openings. Should this practice be banned? Is it troublesome for you? Where are you getting "the administration going along with something like this"? The "something like this" is a group of people combing through their community, looking at quality people and sending their resumes in. The "going along with" is the administration saying "yes, we'd be happy to look at resumes of qualified people". Where is the worry? Is it really just because they are Muslim?
