No, it is not because they are Muslim. I could give two shits where they are from. It is the point that if I were to submit a list of qualified people, and they all happen to be white, someone somewhere would say something (read NAACP, LULAC and the like), and then I would have to ensure that people of non white origin are included in my list. But if a non white group submit a list consisting of only their ethnic background, it is OK, in fact, we will welcome it with open arms and praise Jesus/Allah/Budah or whatever. That is my point.
