Fair point, but not unique to Obama's administration.  Hell if I owned a
football team and wanted Bill Cowher to coach it, I'd have to interview
Denny Green first.
There are all sorts of minority groups out there based on race, religion,
etc.

If the administration were -only- accepting resumes from this particular
group, I'd agree that it would be an issue.

If a synagogue submitted a list of resumes of only Jewish folks, would you
be as pissed off at the administration?  Would you even be pissed off at the
synagogue for trying to promote Jews?
