Well since asking the question I have noticed that it usually appears after the 12th message and realized that it has something to do with multiple inboxes, since it goes away if I disable mine, but I still don't understand what it is for.....
Maybe it's a reminder to look at the other one?? I Doesn't correspond to specific messages in the other inbox.... huh.
