*I* dont pay for it myself either ... but as far as corporate users or some really wary people, paying for the service mentally makes it "better" because of a few things:
No Google Ads Dedicated support Different Virus/SPAM program and the ability to really customize those settings 99.9999999% uptime guarantee or some such garbage. So, mentally, some clients REALLY want those things.
