You really ought to switch them over to a more meat based diet. The most recent research is showing that diets using food like high carb Marshall's leads to a better than even chance of getting insulinoma. At the very least look at something like Mazuri or Totally Ferret. Both brands have a much higher percentage of protein than Marshall's.
