For the record ... construction technology has changed drastically since the 60's and 70's. So it should take half that time to complete a similar building. All around the world, cities are in competition with one another to build bigger and better skyscrapers.
Hell Dubai's landscape has changed tremendously over just the last 6 years. So yeah, I think 20 years to build two new skyscrapers seems just a tad too long in this day and age.
