Yes. It doesn't make sense to me that a guy like Obama, who gave up Big Law millions to be a community activist, would be drunken with power in under 100 days and only for some things and not others. And if he were, what's the goal? It doesn't make sense and when things don't make sense they're not true. That leaves 2 possibilities: (1.) He's totally fooled by Geithner and Summers (ok maybe they're all true believers so it's not "fooled") and believes the Goldman Way is the only way, or (2.) He's a freaking genius, not to mention a world class poker player, and has taken the smartest but most politically risky road. He's essentially having to stare down Wall St, Republicans, Democrats, and World leaders all at the same time and playing a different hand simultaneously with each one. We'll see what happens.
