Their standard cert will be fine for just about everything.  The other
certificates have more "business validation" processes built in and may give
you more or better "user feel good" things such as the time stamped seal, or
something along those lines.  Even an EV-SSL isn't much "better" from an
encryption standpoint and is mostly all about giving the customer a "feel
good" about the business they're buying from being a reputable company.
