The contractor I was working for last month lost its contract. Government decided it could go buy a COTS package and do the same thing they were paying for us to build. Yeah right... How many COTS are out there that will take a govt PO number so they can buy a stock TMS system with a bunch of NIIN's .... ;) I hope they have fun... so I just started a new job at a new defense contractor two weeks ago... two of the people on my team got laid off Friday cause they hadnt found jobs yet...
