wow.
tough one there... you need to tire them both out, and do some submission
around each other, so they are both aware you are packleader.

however, trying to calm a puppy down is like trying to get me to stop
looking
at boobies... aint happening... you prolly need to get the shih-tzu to be
cool
with playing, cause the other way aint happening for a while....
