And AF1 is immune to hijacking on the ground or in the air? The atypical behavior totally outweighs the nature of the 747's origin. Note that. 747. Not a small plane. A plane that needs to file a flight plan. A plane used by the president so it's location has to be noted at all times. If it was the president coming to visit than it would have to be announced. It always is and the effect it has on the city is planned for (like traffic). No warning that the president was on his way so another atypical issue with the flight being where it was. But we all know that the president likes to make secret flight to buzz NY, right?
